Powerful Questions for S.M.A.R.T. Women
How to Go Beyond Success to True Fulfillment
Have you thought to yourself, “It would be a really good idea for me to spend time reflecting today so I can be more successful this year? Well, I’m here to encourage you to do just that. Don’t just think about it. Do it. Give yourself the gift of sitting down for 30-60 minutes today and ask yourself the following powerful questions.
But first, let me give you 5 bonus tips …
Fulfillment Tip #1. Research tells us that when we write our reflections or talk with a trusted person, we transform the most. If you tend to contemplate things instead of journaling or dialoguing, go the extra mile today. Consider it a gift to yourself. Write down your reflections. Talk with a friend. If you want to really make giant leaps, make an appointment with your coach so you gain deep insight and get out of your comfort zone.
Fulfillment Tip #2. Do you compare yourself to others and then feel bad because they attained a level of success that you wanted, but you fell short? Does the belief that you failed or that you are not good enough create anxiety in your body and mind? Instead of getting caught up in that downward spiral, focus your attention on what truly inspires you.
Fulfillment Tip #3. If you aren’t in touch with your core values nestled in deepest part of your Authentic Self, you won’t have enough energy and discipline to succeed in the long run.
Fulfillment Tip #4. High-achievers sometimes achieve success, but they don’t feel truly fulfilled in the end, or along the way. That’s no fun, and sooner or later, they get really stressed. Health and relationships suffer. They get anxious or depressed, and all that decreases success.
Fulfillment Tip #5. High-achievers sometimes get so caught up in doing things to accomplish their goals that they don’t take enough time to connect spiritually. Without spiritual intimacy, we’re running on fumes.
OK. Ready for your questions to create True Fulfillment so you can propel yourself beyond ordinary success?
Settle down with your pen and pad of paper, your computer, a recording device, or a good friend. Quiet yourself with a few deep breaths. Do your favorite relaxation processes, listen to your favorite meditation CD, or say a prayer. You might want to listen to soothing music in the background. Go deep inside, and ask yourself the following questions.
