What makes Benita’s leadership style unique?
Clients report how much they appreciate my ability to intuitively understand them at depth. Sometimes they do not have the words to express what they are feeling and thinking. When I put their thoughts and feelings into words, their confusion lifts. Their life makes more sense. They can see new options they never saw before. They feel seen, heard and loved. I hold sacred space for them to explore their inner landscape with the right blend of compassion and encouragement so they take effective action to achieve their dreams. I listen to their words, and I listen intuitively beyond their words.
Participants who are most pleased with their results express their desires, take responsibility for the co-creation of the group, and stay focused on the overall agenda. Individual needs arise organically from the group based on personal experiences, not theoretical generalities. While there is a focus on a particular topic, the learning remains flexible to meet the needs of the participants. Short lectures and experiential activities ensure integrated learning.
I facilitate people to manage themselves in a healthy manner in a group. They apply that learning to building healthy romances and families, workplaces and communities. When a group meets over time, self-judgment and conflicts arise. In the midst of the live-learning, they receive guidance to develop personal mastery and navigate relationships.
