Instructions to the Listener: Use the CD as often as you wish, daily or weekly. Listen to the whole CD or certain tracks as you wish. For example, if you want a quickie for stress reduction, you can listen to the 12 minute breathing and relaxation track. If you want just the affirmations, you could listen to that for 16 minutes. You could listen to affirmations in the morning and at night before you go to bed. Listen to the "Receiving Guidance" when you want to do a deep meditation and get divine answers. You’ll figure out what is most useful for you. You may listen to the affirmations in the car, but none of the other tracks please. You could get so relaxed that you would not be able to pay attention to your driving. I want you to use the CD safely. Let me know your reactions. I hope you enjoy it.
